Terms of Service

The service WonderMail is an email client that connects to your own Gmail or Microsoft accounts to let you read, organize, and send email, along with related features such as tasks, snoozing, and signatures. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must have the right to access any email account you connect. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use You agree not to use the service to send spam, phishing, or otherwise unlawful email; attempt to access other users' accounts or data; interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure; or use the service in violation of your email provider's terms.

Third-party providers WonderMail connects to your email through Nylas and your email provider (such as Google or Microsoft). Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

Termination You may stop using the service at any time and may disconnect email accounts in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that email delivery or synchronization will always be timely.

Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, WonderMail and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
