Using WonderMail on Mobile

Here's what changes on a phone or tablet, and what stays exactly the same as on the desktop.

The mobile layout

  • A single-column layout with a bottom tab bar for the main boxes, plus a More menu for the remaining boxes and Settings.
  • The More menu includes Follow-Ups (L), so reply reminders and scheduled-email reminders (rows that show "Sends" with the send time) are available on mobile too. The Follow-Ups row shows a count: due reminders in the accent colour, or the total pending when none are due yet.
  • Tapping a row opens the reading pane full-screen; the back control returns you to the list.
  • Single-key actions still work on the mobile reading pane, and the composer shows CC and BCC only when you need them.
  • Sending on mobile works exactly like the desktop: replies, replies to all and forwards go out through your mailbox (forwarded files come along), you get the same Undo countdown, drafts are cleared once the message goes, the signature you used is remembered for those recipients, "Archive after sending" still archives the conversation, and the clock button schedules the email for later with an Undo option.

Everything stays in sync

Everything is stored server-side, so labels, snoozes, tasks, settings and search history are identical on every device you sign in from.

Pro Tip: triage on your phone with confidence — snoozes and labels you set there are already waiting on your desktop, with no sync step to remember.
